Gonna tell you right off the bat, I loved this one. Then again, it's pretty hard to go wrong when Patton Oswalt is guest-starring. Plus, the whole background with Oswalt's daughter playing Windy Sprint and all is super sweet. And again, we have an ep that you could easily slot into an earlier season (well, as long as that season was later than the obvious continuity nods, of course).
It's been a while since I arted, eh? Losing my iPad certainly has a lot to do with that. MS Paint just isn't the same. But I digress. The newest episode (which has a tragic but touching backstory) inspired me to start back up again. PDEP is back, baby!
Well, this is awkward. I quietly shipped Quibbledash, but that doesn’t work too well when the guest VA brings in his actual wife and daughter. Let’s see just what’s in this torpedo.
A bit late, been a busy weekend and I just got home now to try catch up on the latest episode. Been hard to avoid spoilers on this one, although what I’ve seen made me curious at least.
Now let’s just sit back and give it a watch myself and see where it’s really going.
Over the years, MLP has had its fair share of notable quest stars outside of its main cast of actresses and other VA based in or near Vancouver, all of whom clearly loved their time on the show. There are times when you realize you’re just wasting your time doing things that don’t matter, not only to anyone else, but also to yourself.
That you can be doing so much more.
I have these realizations constantly. And yet, so often, they are Ignored Epiphanies, and I go on, doing the same thing, even though not even I like it.
. See this up there? That's the grin a filly makes after it managed to pierce and completely deconstruct my heart. And it's the cutest, cheekiest and most charming grin I've ever seen on a filly.
